Return Policy

Exchange and return policy for non-personalized products

All non-personalized products from our shop are exchangeable or refundable. There is a 14-days cooling-off period. It is a period of time following a purchase when you may choose to exchange or cancel a purchase, and return item/s which you have bought, for any reason and obtain a full refund. To exercise this right, please send us a notification via email. That e-mail should include the filled cancellation form below.

An acknowledgment of receipt, will be sent via e-mail within 48 hours, confirming the address where your item/s should be returned.

The item/s must be returned to the address indicated in our confirmation e-mail. We will not bear any consequences in the case you return the item/s to a different address.

You may return the item/s in its original packaging, just be so kind to wrap it safely so it doesn’t get damaged along the way. We advise returning the parcel via a traceable shipping method. In the case the parcel gets lost by the carrier it is your duty to contact the carrier for the information about the package.

The customer will have to pay the return costs. Upon receiving and processing of the item/s, a refund for the total amount of the order will be initiated (except for the Express delivery).

Exchange policy for our personalized products

Personalized products are all products in the store that are made personalized with photos and/or text.

These products are not anymore marketable and you can not obtain a cooling-off period on products that were personalized or custom-made for you.

However, if a product didn’t meet the specifications provided by Woodili, we commit to replace the product with another that strictly complies with the specifications. In addition, if the products have arrived damaged or defective, we also commit to replace the products.
