We require your personal data due to the contractual agreement in place between you and us in order to be able to fulfill our engagement (orders, delivery, returns, guarantee, Woodili organization).
We try to provide you with the best personal service and that is in both interests (Surveys, Service improvement, Customer happiness service, Social Media, Client protection against fraud).
We are legally obliged to pass certain data to other organizations (Judicial administration, State administrations, Fraud, Tax Authority).

Woodili contains links to the Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest and YouTube websites. However, once you have used these links to leave our site, you should note that we do not have any control over that other website. 3. How do you process my personal data?
In order to follow the principles of the General Data Protection Regulation of May 2018 we follow these rules:

- We retain your personal data only for the maximum legal time
- We are fully aware where your data is being held. When it’s outside the EU, we have ensured that appropriate compliance is in place.
- After the statutory period, we destroy your personal data or we anonymize the data.

If you would like to delete, access or amend information at any time this can be done through accessing your account.
Alternatively please email us as soon as possible at support@woodili.com, we will promptly correct any information. Don’t forget to send in the attachment a copy of your ID card (black out your personal identifier and photo) so we can be sure that it is your data we are deleting or changing.
